Learning Support

With motivation, good organization and focus, accompanied with support and understanding – every problem (even the hardest math one) can be solved, each language can be learned and every subject successfully mastered. Learning is an important part of growing up. Sometimes it is difficult, tedious, even boring, but there are ways to make learning easier and make it interesting. Everyone learns in a different way, so knowing their own style of learning is the key to success. Positive attitude towards a child and a young person, emphasizing their values and strengths in the process of mastering the subject are the basis for the development of a positive attitude toward learning.

This activity can include both children and young people, elementary and high school students. Children and young people who are somehow involved in the social welfare system have the advantage in joining this programme, and for them The Center for Social Welfare will issue a recommendation for inclusion in this activity at Center „Luka Ritz“.

Learning takes place in pre-agreed terms, taking into account the needs and opportunities of the child and young person. We also have specially educated volunteers – learning assistants.
