The right of access to information
According to the Law on Access to Information (Official Journal 25/13 and 85/15), the “Luka Ritz” Center provides access to information that it owns or controls as a body of public authority (according to the definition of “public authority” info). The law prescribes the principles of access to information, exceptions and the procedure for access to and protection of the right of access to information.
